11th ANNUAL EASTER SEALS POKER TOURNAMENT

CENTURY 21 Assurance Realty Ltd. is proud to have raised $20,000 for Easter Seals BC/Yukon during our 11th Annual 'Texas Hold 'Em' Poker Tournament.

Funds raised will go towards helping support families with children with disabilities, as well as sending kids to Camp Winfield right here in the Okanagan.

A big thank you goes to Marco Pasqua, Easter Seals BC/Y Board of Director, for his participation, and heartfelt sentiments shared with players at the event, reaffirming the impact fundraising has for Easter Seals and the kids we're helping send to camp.

EASTER SEALS: Kelowna Drop Zone 2023

A huge thank you to Team Century 21 Assurance for taking part in the Easter Seals Drop Zone 2023 Fundraiser and raising $5,000 for this event!

Together we helped Easter Seals bc/Yukon achieve their 2023 goal of raising $300,000!

CANADA DAY in the Century 21 KidZone

Century 21 Assurance Realty once again returned for another year of fun festivities on Canada Day in Pioneer Gardens at Waterfront Park! A fun-filled day for the whole family which included a photo booth, perfect for family pics, followed by free stickers and lollipops!

More than 25 different drop-in activities and games took place in the Century 21 Kids Zone including the City of Kelowna Park n’Play inflatables, a chick-hatching and holding station, pictures with a real life mermaid, getting up close and personal with snakes and lizards courtesy of the “Reptile Queen”, and tons of hands-on craft stations such as the “make a fan and keychain” station presented by Aesthetiks Lab.

ROUND #3: Lucky Skunk Charity Crib Tournament

Century 21 Assurance Realty Realtors® Terri Ann Novello and Kris Drain hosted Round #3 of the Lucky Skunk Charity Crib Tournament last Saturday at the Rutland Centennial Community Centre.

The event was well supported in the community and raised over $13,000 for Easter Seals Camp Winfield here in the Okanagan. Many thanks to Terri Ann, Kris Drain and the many volunteers, donors, and participants who helped make the event a great success!

HOME IS WHERE THE ART IS | NOVEMBER 2022

The inaugural “Home Is Where the Art Is” show took place November 19th, 2022 at the late Garry Benson’s home. The show was a great tribute to Garry who cared immensely about up and coming and indigenous artists in the Okanagan.

The intimate art show was inspired and curated in association with Kelowna Art Gallery and presented by CENTURY 21 Assurance Realty Ltd, Benson Law and Kimmitt Wrzesniewski. Featured artists included Alex Fong, Kato Rempel, SFCA, Patty Feist Fine Art , Nancy Dearborn, Handmade Glass, Lee Claremont Artist and Jessica Hedrick.

The event was well attended and raised $3,500 for Kelowna Art Gallery’s Youth Programming. Special thanks to the exhibiting artists, sponsors, volunteers and Giant Head Estate Winery for generously donating wine and the Benson family for opening Garry’s home for the event.

We’re grateful to our community for supporting Okanagan artists and making the event a huge success. Stay tuned for details on the 2nd Annual “Home Is Where The Art Is”.

Easter Seals Annual Poker Tournament

CENTURY 21 Assurance Realty has held an annual Charity Poker Tournament fundraising event (8 years and counting) to send Kids to Camp under Easter Seals “Giving Children Abilities” program.

All proceeds stay within the Okanagan, for local kids with special needs to go to Camp Winfield for a six-day summer camping adventure thanks to the support of our clients, suppliers, friends, family, agents, and staff.
