The Licensed Property Manager is responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing properties, with the flexibility to work remotely. The role will involve tasks such as obtaining and processing new properties, property inspections, tenant screening and leasing, maintenance coordination, and resolving tenant issues and being the advocate to your Investment Property Owners. The Brokerage provides a comprehensive property marketing package that helps Clients to get top dollar for their rentals. All accounting aspects are taken care of by the brokerage which provides more time for our Property Managers to grow your portfolio of business and help ensure your success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Real Estate License or Property Management License
- Experience with local rental market trends and pricing
- Existing book of Clients who would be willing to transfer
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player
